    Catalog hardware and software, set lifecycle protocols before purchase, and build a disposition roadmap aligned to refresh cycles.

  2. 02

    Decommissioning and logistics

    White-glove removal. Every asset scanned by serial number at pickup and moved in sealed, GPS-tracked trucks.

  3. 03

    Certified data destruction

    NIST 800-88 and IEEE 2883 wiping that keeps hardware resellable, or degaussing and shredding to 0.75-inch for high-security drives.

  4. 04

    Evaluation and disposition

    Reuse first. Functional gear is tested, repaired and resold through global channels. The rest is harvested for raw materials. Zero landfill.

  5. 05

    Compliance and reporting

    Certificate of destruction, certificate of recycling, and Scope 3 carbon avoidance figures for your ESG report.
