Questions

Before you switch.

How much will I actually save?

Most customers land 40 to 70 percent under the OEM renewal. It depends on equipment type, age and coverage level. The quote is free and shows the line-by-line comparison.

Is third-party maintenance as good as the OEM?

Many of our L3 engineers used to work for the OEMs. We use OEM-equivalent parts and match or beat the SLA. The difference is we are not trying to sell you new hardware.

What happens at end of service life?

The OEM stops. We do not. We keep supporting hardware for 3 to 5+ years past EOSL, with parts stocked for it.

Can one contract cover several vendors?

Yes. Dell servers, Cisco switches, HPE storage, IBM Power, all on one agreement with one number to call and one invoice.

See the number before the OEM renewal lands.

Send the equipment list. A priced comparison comes back within one business hour.
